Conduct a Counseling and information gathering session to identify your needs and goals and to plan a marketing campaign for the sale of your property and a search campaign to find your dream home.
Help you find the right kind of financing and the best terms by arranging for a pr-approval or pre-qualifying meeting with a lender to determine how much home you can afford and what your options are. This is done so that we have a strong negotiating position at the point of an offer.
Make myself available for you to answer all your questions, Research properties that only meet your criteria and Schedule showings for you to see those homes. I will also give you weekly updates on the activities on your property.
Complete a market evaluation on your home to help you arrive at a sales price. Negotiate an offer that reflects your price and terms. As well as do a market evaluation on the home you choose and prepare an offer that will fit your needs and circumstance, situation and financial budget.
Review all contracts and documents including the seller’s disclosure and monitor and communicate status and satisfaction of conditions, contingencies, Inspections, any lender requirements needed for loan approval and Title Report.
Accompany you throughout the entire home selling/buying process for the Inspections, Walk-through, Closing, and maintain communication with you after closing for any further assistance. I want you to be completely satisfied and informed. I want to be your REALTOR®.
